A Few Things You Need to Know
- This is a participatory event for all attendees, including sponsors and exhibitors. Your input is important, therefore, we encourage you, and your representatives, to participate in the Roundtable activities.
- Please register all of your representatives from your organization that will be attending. This is important for name tags, reception planning, etc. We will appreciate your help.
- If you are a sponsor your logo will be included on the web site and in our print materials. If you have not done so, please send a logo ASAP to be used for the web and a high-resolution logo for print (jpg or png preferred). If you are a Platinum Sponsor we will include an introductory paragraph on the web site.
- We will send you an Invoice for your sponsor/exhibitor fees, You may pay by check or card.
