Ignite Presentations and Keynote Topic
Two key issues to be discussed at the meeting are the Keynote address topic and presenter, and topics and presenters for our ignite presentations. In case you don’t know what Ignite presentations are, speakers will have no more than 5 minutes, and must use 20 slides with each slide advancing automatically after 15 seconds, forcing them to get the point, fast. For most speakers having slides that automate forces them to be far more concise and thoughtful than they would in any other format. If you have suggestions for Ignite topics or presenters please send them to me before the meeting so we can expedite the decisions.

Roundtable Updates and Tentative Agenda
Updates

- I am in the process of creating a web site for the Roundtable. Still a work in progress. See site here Roundtable Web Site Link
- Partnership Requests: I have created a Partnership Request Document for government, education and non profit partnerships. You can download it on this page. I have also created a Roundtable Partnership Page. Please note that I am assuming that all of you participating on the Leadership Team are planning to be Partners. This is not a request for funding. No cash contribution is required, although a paid sponsorship will be welcome. Please go to this page to confirm your partnership. You will find a Google Doc embedded at the end of that page. Please confirm ASAP. It will take just 2 minutes. I will also be sending you a separate email request.
- Sponsor Requests: I have also created a Sponsorship Request Document. You can download it on this page. I have also created a Roundtable Sponsorship Page. For those of you representing telecom or technology companies and may be interested in sponsorship, you can find details and sign-up on that page. Again you will also receive a request directly to you.
